Are there any free sites that allow you to start a site and have many different categories like this one? I've tried zetaboards and this allowed me to do it an then at the end after hours of hard work they wasn't there. Did I do something wrong or does it not allow many categories?

Nothing as I never contacted them as I just want to get a site up and running and not wait around for many hours or days for an email that may or may not come.
Naz so it does allow multiple categories? Everything was ok as i was making them and then I logged out as there wasn't a save function as far as I could see, what should I have done?

essentially there is little difference in waiting for a reply here and waiting for someone at invision/zetaboards to get back to you, though the latter is the better option.

Actually I'm going to contact them now as I'm waiting anyway.

Go into the Admin Control Panel ...

Down the left-hand side in Forum Sections, click Create Sections.

After you've set up the section, at the bottom og the page there is a 'Create Forum' button.

I give up, Ive just went and tried to log in which was near impossible as it doesn't say log in on the title page so had to google "Zetaboards log in" and was then confronted with this message "****** is not registered on this board. Please check that you have registered and that you have entered the correct username.

What The Funicular???

The faq seems to only consist of these "Profile & Account
Name Changes
Changing Your Email Address
Avatars" Which doesn't seem to help me at all. Cazzz1975 I've already spent hours setting one up to firstly have all of my categories wiped clean and then to be told I haven't registered is not exactly inviting.

Okay I somehow have got back in and my categories are all there when I went to the acp but they all seem to be hidden but I can see them but the only category shown on the main page is news and announcements.
A little help please.

Don't believe free hosting.....Try this site http://www.thewebpole.com/ to start a site and also get the domain name register, domain appraisal, online file folder, ssl certificate etc...
