Vodafone Mobile connect K3565 USB dongle drivers needed

a friend has lost their software disc and needs to reload the dongle onto their sony vaio laptop running windows 7, plugged dongle in and it says put in disc, but as we cant find it theres a bit of a problem, have tried to search the web for the relevant drivers and cant find them and also went to the vodafone website and it only appears to give product information, rather than the drivers needed to make the dongle work, as i have never used one i was perplexed and thought it would be a case of plug and play, have searched in vain for these annoying drivers and even suggested he take it back to the vodafone store and ask for a new disc.

Is there any info in Device Manager on the dongle/device when plugged?
Use that info to find the drivers.
They will not be Vodaphone drivers!
Pretty easy once you can get a name/maufacturer of the device.
