lost files and folders

Is there anyway that i can find deleted files or folders which i have mistakenly deleted from the recycle bin

You have to use a file recovery program .. like ObjectRescue ..
Search that drive. The results usually have to be saved to another drive or partition .. like a memory stick/other.

And you have to hope that nothing else has been written to the areas of your disk where the deleted files or folders were

Just bring them back from your latest backup.
