Type Your Answer Here...Save the Favorites first to a file ..
In IE, select File/Import Export/Export Favorites/ continue and save the whole structure to an htm file somewhere.
Google chrome, look for Personal tab or Bookmarks options panel .. Import. Import the file or from the settings.
IE favorites are in Docs&Settings/User Name/Favorites.

In Chrome, the option is under the little Spanner icon > Bookmark Manager.

Then Organise > Import Bookmarks.
