Did I miss the bit where the Albanian Ambassador was personally insulted?
The worst of it was the accusation that a lot of western stolen cars ended up there which I think is supported by fact.
Compared to the suggestion that all mexican are poncho wearing lay-abouts I think you're in a significan't different ball park

Scrutiny gone mad yet again........Clarkson did say later in the programme and Hammond and May agreed, that one thing learned from the trip was that Albania is a gorgeous country with it's scenery and style, and the gentle ribbing they made was just that......... and JJ has a very good point on this issue.
It's not just ribbing about Albania and stolen cars!

I reckon they started off with the Bentley but were too embaressed to admit it was stolen before they started filming!

It's a television programme which is very tongue in cheek. All who are entertained by these guys know that and if you don't like it, or them, the answer is so easy, watch Downton or Mr Darcy or whatever else is on the other 250 channels. Exercise your index finger ( I'm sounding like Clarkson so many double entendres - so little space.)
