just follow the same procedure you did with your current avatar, put the new one onto Gravatar and take it from there.

Upload the one you have on Facebook to gravatar.com unless I'm missing something?

Just change your selection on gravatar.com and it should eventually replace the one on here without you needing to do anything more. It takes a while (usually a few minutes for me) for it to get through.
