That is illegal in this country, I mean driving when you have snow on the roof of your vehicle, for the obvious reasons shown,

The video was recorded in Illinois where, like in most northern states in the United States, it is illegal to drive with snow or ice on top of a vehicle.
If caught the driver of the above truck would have received an automatic $5,000 (£3,112) fine.
In the UK, rule 229 of the Highway Code states that drivers should "remove all snow that might fall off into the path of other road users".
