firstly sacking Di Matteo is a stupid thing to do before two vital games,it's also unfair as we haven't been in the bottom 3 all season and the aim was to finish 17th.
The problem at our club is the Chairman who keeps all the money for himself and is quite happy in our neverending cycle of promotion and relegation,he makes millions by doing this!
As for a new manager only someone like Allardyce would save us but he'd never work under the impossible conditions at the club, the manager doesn't sign any players our director of football,Dan Ashworth does.
What will happen is Michael Appleton will be put in charge in the hope he can motivate the team,if that doesn't work we're stuffed!
The supporters don't mean anything to our Chairman, the club is just a cash cow for him.He turned down all invitations to talk to the local press about the sacking.
So to answer your question...
It doesn't really matter who is eventually appointed,we need a strong manager but it ain't gonna happen!
Boing Boing!!

mighty i agree with ya that he wont pay wages on managers wages or any fees at all.
i think he runs your club off the parachute payment and lines his pockets on the shirts/ticket sales etc...
it was the wrong decision and the team were performing for di matteo (me and many wolves fans also think this).
only thing di matteo didn't have was experience to get you out the run you're in but peace knew about this when he was appointed coach.
you just need to hope the players carry on professionally rather than turning on the board. (you need peace out before you're gonna establish yourself as a prem team).
we've spent 18 million this season and are still bottom 3, but we can see the progress being made under mad mick and are happy (not at league position) but with how everything is run. morgan allows mm to run the team, tactics buy/sell etc... just what you have a manager/coach for.
