I thought those of you who like wills and their shenagigans might like this quiz (although I have to say, I disagree with some of the answers!!!!!)

I scored 7/10. Wills and probate was part of my LPC course and I was quite good at it, buth
that was 15 years ago and I have had no practice since. I got the intestate one wrong as I thought that in the scenario he wife would get the lot. Had no idea about the Spanish one, thought an English will would be perfectly valid, and my eyes immediately focused on the Inland Revenue without spotting the Funeral Directors at the top of the list, which I know is the correct answer.

lol Mike, you got the same ones "wrong" that I did. Although they are not technically wrong. I am writing to them to tell them where they went wrong!! (Anal, me).

It HAS gone up Tambo! It's now £250k since Feb 09 (I think).

There are two further answers I disagree with, but I'll keep schtum until other people have had their fun. The FH thought he would "test" me. I think he thinks I would make a better piano player in a bordello house!!!!!

9/10. I'm surprised you can name any number of executors - must be a recipe for argument if you name 8 & only 4 can act. How do they decide which ones should do it?
