Tenant update

I wrote a couple of weeks about about my friend who rents out rooms in her house having trouble with a tenant who was refusing to pay rent and was very very knowledgeable about the law and his situation.
The problem was that she took him on in good faith and had no tenancy agreement with him.
She couldn't get him out and he owed nearly a £1000.

Despite urging her to go the legal way, she got a group of male friends who threatened him if he did not pay up what was owing and he fled in the middle of that night.

She now has a new lady tenant and has a signed tenancy agreement with her.

Live and learn eh!!!
