In Scotland, you can do a Foundation in Nursing course at a lot of local colleges but I'm not sure if that rolls out across the country. The majority of Unis will require you to have at least some qualifications. If you're really set on it, you could do night classes and it would be worth it, especially if you're younger as you can then work all over the world. I didn't start my training until I was 55 but if I'd been younger, I would have been globetrotting now!
