For us, Valentines Day was celebrated on Sunday. We both hate how everything is so commercialised these days. We want to celebrate but don't like being 'conned' by marked up prices.
One pub chain has a Valentine Weekend lasting from Friday to Monday (this year)
That way one may celebrate at one's leisure.


But those 25p roses. They are a bit like petrol station flowers aren't they!!
