Look, I know there are a lot of people worried about their weight and I am putting forth a lifestyle that worked for me and saying if you want to try it, then try it. If not, don't. You must avoid snack foods like crisps and sweets which I assume is obvious seeing as this is a diet.
Do what I suggest in this post and do not stray, if you wish to lose your weight. I don't really want any negative talk about this being unhealthy or whatever, because I think it works and as I say do it, or don't.
Mainly you are going to avoid...
1. Bread
2. Potato
3. Pasta
4. Rice/Noodle
Breakfast
2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 egg, dollop of sauce(not necessary)
Lunch
Matteson sausage/ salmon/tuna/chicken with mayonnaise /boiled eggs, any meat.
Dinner...Let's do 7 nights, and there is a lot of salad involved, as in have salad with any choice. Salad is Lettuce, tomato and onion.
1. Ommelette with cheese and ham
2. Fish
3. Steak
4. Lamb
5. Pork
6. Chicken
7. Same as breakfast
Change the order about to suit yourself. All above with or without salad, but realise there are no crisps, sweets or biscuits involved.
If you want a snack you can have peanuts and if you like em, pork scratchings, but NO sweets, crisps or the like, as this is a diet.
Finally, and as importantly, exercise. Go for a walk, take your partner if available. Go on a bike. Go swimming. Go running. Just go out and do stuff, keep using up your energy. Try to go to bed early(before 12 midnight) and get up early (before 8am). Make time for this. By the way watching Eastenders or Coronation Street does not count as a proper excuse against the exercise.

Is this person serious ? or are they a cadburys fruit and nut cake, in which case get rid of them
Cake?
Not even as good as atkins....Done the strict low carb put on 3 stone in 4 months after I stopped... so sure Styley you can lose weight on it but you don't give the safety warning that this must not be tried by people with renal impairment, some kinds of liver disease, or gall bladder problems, neither do you include the amounts of fluid to take ... so basically what you have put is dangerous and the Ed should consider removing your post
Is this an order? Some sort of new law maybe.

Is there some sort of punishment if I don't do it?

I just read the whole post feeling like you were angy with me...
sorry, I shouldnt have said to get rid of them , I meant Ignore them.

Why should we be agry with you milly ?
Eat what you want BUT just less
My diet so far today: 2 x Options full fat Belgian Hot Choc, 5 x BelVita biscuits, quarter of choc gateaux, 3 x choc Snack-a-Jacks, 2 ciggies. Exercised by emptying the dish washer. Hungary now but I know there is large box of Thorntons chocs in the fridge which I will eat whilst reclining on the couch watching a film. Husband can walk dogs when he comes home, in the rain! Most of all 'eat what you want and enjoy every mouthful' (Paul Mckenna - I Can Make You Thin.)

still think my pooh plan diet for short term answer to removal of additional blubber is the answer !!!see previous threads for explanation.....still going well lost 10 pounds in week and a half !!! Should be able to keep it off as the weight gained was goodies, not normally eaten, over festive periiod.
off to peel some sprouts.....yum yum..laters !!!!!!
Sorry, I just realised my post makes no sense now. Ed has quite heavily edited the post. It started off with a rather sharp opening, all in capitals and ended with an equally sharp sentence.
no fruit? no green veg?
*Sara waits for someone to point out that a tomato is fruit*
Ooops just eaten 3 Belgian chocolate truffles and a strawberry trifle earlier. I'll start dieting tomorrow.
Well, that's a large baked potato, garlic butter, cheese, mushrooms, pear & ginger chutney and half a box of Thorntons gone now. With 4 large choc muffins to go!
I love this diet!
