Sweet potatoes

What toppings can i have on a sweet potato? At the minute all i have is cottage cheese and sweetcorn but its a bit boring! Any suggestions?

No im not but i am trying to eat healthier and eat less meat

How about tuna or mackerel- very good for you! Houmous is nice too and also good stuff. You could also have baked beans, but make them more fun with a bit of curry powder/paste or a few chunks of cheese which will melt!
