Morning Welshy and all,

Beautiful and sunny down here again, as yesterday, on the South Coast and i'm about to go out in it.....sunglasses at the ready.

Got Quacks first at 10.30am for check-up, so bit of meat and two veg holding and coughing will ensue....hope his hands are warm.....lol

Then off to Worthing for a lunchtime meeting and calling in on the local radio station for a natter and a cuppa. :0-)
