wore tights professionally.......essential kit in a knapsack for Mountain Rescue as they can double up not only for warmth but in a number of different pragmatic uses - like in assisting making shelters.

I wear men’s' t-shirt, the kind they wear under their shirt. They are nice soft cotton, so much cheaper and you get several in a pack.
