Check on 22a - I am presuming that it is Berka here - (Fool about in islamic dress). I am used to spelling it Burqa but then a lot of Arabic is phonetic when translated.

I don't see a problem here.

Chambers gives the fool as berk or burk and the Islamic dress as burka, burkha or burqa. The two that together can satisfy the clue are BURK and BURKA.
