Seriously, the game of your life, 94th minute, 1-0 down to Man Utd. You've got a free kick on the half way line. So obviously you hoof it into the box looking for the result of the century.

Why then did the Crawley keeper and defender decide to play passy keepy with each other? What a waste.

I think they thought the clock bad stopped. Come on give them a break they were superb and deserved to win. They can all hold their beads high.

Count it's not american football here and they don't have time outs in soccer. They may have done well but they may never see a chance for success like today again in their lifetimes.

I think they were well aware of the situation flob. This was like an amateur band being asked to play live aid. They had been playing their hearts out for 93 minutes and in such situations, in front of half their home town and 74000 fans it's sometimes easy to let the situation go to your head.

They done well yeah but I'm sure there are regrets today. It would not have been unheard of for someone to sneaks a late equaliser against the odds in a cup match. It was a bit of a damp squib to what should have been a classic finale.

I was ready to sit down and support Crawley but having heard about their dodgy dealings and the fact they were sponsered by The Scum newspaper that made me do the unthinkable and cheer on Utd

I tip my hat to Crawly they played well and not intimidated by being at OT they should be proud of themselves. I think SAF will field a slightly different starting Eleven on Wed evening though (Marseille Champ league) ... like about Eight changes.

At the end though with the dithering about... I actually sighed a bit of relief.
