Ainsley Harriots leek and potato soup

Has anyone tried this, Its absolutely revolting, thick gelatinous lumps that do not dissolve, even after mashing them with a fork.
I made another one in case it was a fluke, but no that was the same absolutely inedible, I was so disgusted, I decided to write to manufacturers and complain. I sieved the soup and put these horrible big lumps in a freezer bag and sent them back with a letter to quality control. It will be interesting to see what happens. I also enclosed a packet of the mix so they could try it themselves.
Has anyone else tried this?
