About time too

I have had to shout through to mrs sqad TWICE now for my lunch.....she knows that I go to my club and then swim at 12.45 local time.

Plate of anchovies, low fat cheese and tomatoes and yoghurt with fresh strawberries for dessert.

For Pete´s sake.....I don´t ask for much.
