Teething

Lt Tiggs has got his first tooth. Saw it this morning. He has hardly cried or screamed during this stage of teething. Is this normal or is the pain yet to come?

All 3 of mine got theirs with no problems...

Some of mine had more problems with the back teeth, but bonjela helped. I think it depends on the child and how quickly they come through

ljdksa........dont fret.....Reyes Syndrome following ordinary Bonjela application in under 16year olds is as common as "Rocking Horse Manure"

Wow you are so lucky tigger! Mine is being an absolute nightmare, its been constant pain, dribbling and chomping for months now and he has yet to get the back ones arrgh! Usually once the tooth is through thats it so if he feels no pain before it comes then I am very jealous! Just in case that changes I use everything I can (not all at once though) ranging from bonjela or calgel, ashton and parsons, anbesol and calpol or nurofen.

Hi everyone, I did get some Calgel but he doesn't seem to need it. He did get a bit hot last night so I just gave him some Ibuprofen for babies and he was fine once it kicked in. I think I'm extremely lucky with him Tigwig as he hardly cries. He is a very good baby :o)

Pretty much the same as you tigger, my two girls teeth just appeared, no problems at all. Good for you, happy days x
