Hot X buns on sale in Morrison's today. A bit premature methinks, or are they gearing-up for Christmas this year ?

Valentines cards go out first week of jan too, to fill seasonal space, there's money to be made and the quicker you get in and provide the product the more you make,
Asda sell hot cross buns (and mince pies) all year round!
all the easter eggs in my local supermarkets, but most supermarkets sell hot x buns all year round
Shops selling flour, milk, eggs and lemons and it's not even Pancake Day yet! As for birthday cards already on the shelves............
Hot Cross buns since Christmas in Morrisons, and Cadbury's yucky creme eggs...
Business is slow, people are not spending as they used to. Retailers will do what they need to do to attract business.
Sure I saw some in Tesco at Xmas! Prefer tea cakes though.
It seems to me that when shops put things out so early,all it does is encourage us to buy early...but not necessarily more.
a little tesco by me had mini eggs out before new years eve !
