My friend has been taking steroids for her medical condition for 7 weeks now, and her face has become much more round.She is due to reduce the dosage in two weeks , and in 3 weeks will not be taking any . Will her face regain its normal shape eventually -- she is rather unhappy at the moment .All advice very welcome . thank you sincerely Brenda.

The side effects are temporary, and usually subside within a month of going off the medication.
