Does anyone rember this character from the childrens show, Zzzap! He wore a black mask and set challenges for kids. Does ANYONE know the name of the actor who played him. I dsperately want to know!

Thanks but i'm sure it isn't. i have already tried loking into that but every where i go i'm told richard waites played cuthbert and no one else. More answers please!
