Not a company as such, it was Cancer Research who I willing gave £10 per month, then after about 7 years the phonecalls started. They said couldn't I up it by £10 per month, I explained that my husband had just been diagnosed with cancer, was off work and didn't think I could commit that amount on my wages. What a persistant little b****r, he kept on and on like an auctioneer in reverse, well surely I could afford £5.00 a month, well how about £2.00 per month. On and on and all the while I could hear so many voices (in the background) obviously saying the same things to countless other peopl. The next day I went to the bank and stopped my standing order.

I had a similar experience as betty noir with BT.Also Talk Talk are absolutely apalling.Don't ever go there.Cancel and they will STILL take money from your account
They AKA Carphone Warehouse who couldn't give a sh!t about customer service
