can anyone recommend a god antibacterial hand gel for hand eczema suffer

1. from my local health food shop called natraderm available from: natraderm, po box 47, truro, cornwall, tr1 9at. www.natraderm.com
2. this one is much greasier but eventually soaks in better made by : mother earth, la21 8ew , 3w.motherearth.co.uk. they are in the lake district

These gels are not really suitable for people with eczema and dermatitis because they contain alcohols, which are drying and worsen the condition. I use Skin Sure Plus- described as "intensive moisturising antimicrobial skin protection- suitable for eczema and dermatitis". I bought it from Waitrose, but I don't think they stock it now. It's available online and is quite pricey, but it works and lasts for ever (almost!).

soapopular on mumsnet, so i will give it a try . Going on holiday in march to egypt and then to Goa at xmas, so was just a bit worried about getting some hand gel that didnt hurt /sting my hands, but gave me protection.
