Well I am bored of the same places so thought I would travel a bit further afield with my 1 & 6yr olds. Had been there around 20 mins when my 6yr old came to me crying that she had been shoved and hit by 2 boys. Fair enough it happens. Then another 30 mins or so she comes back even more upset, the same boys have pushed her again and hit her in the face. I'm not kidding the place was so sodding big I could not even attempt to find the culprits so just comforted her. However when I was listening to another parents speak to her toddler I understood why some of the kids were rough. All the child had done was to get in the Fireman Sam ride. She dragged him out and shouted get out of there you f'ing idiot. Do that again and I will f'ing batter you! Nice isnt it?
Then in the baby area (which was under 3's) some other kid about 5yr old pinned my baby down to the floor. Little Sugar!

i would put it down as a bad experience and visit it at quieter times (not school hols) or never again. it all depends on whether your kids enjoyed it overall aside from the odd meanie bums.

Poor things....
It sounds like adulthood, you walk round saying morning to everyone and helping to lift someones push chair up some steps and theres always someone starting a punch up, robbing from the shops, and working while on benefits, It's very rare these evil kids will ever be different even as adults, I just wish they wouldn't leave the house to inflict their behaviour on us but they enjoy it...

I only take mine when I have an afternoon off and we're soon out once it turn 3pm. I wouldn't have been able to leave it, I would have complained to the staff about the children hitting your child and I probably would have made some comment to the woman swearing at her toddler... especially if your children were within ear shot.
I would have said something and I would have said something to the parents of the child/children who were hitting my kids. I have had to do it in the playground as my youngest daughter is a magnet for nasty kids (one mother was lovely about it and we are now friends, the other gives me evils), like some of the others, I am past caring what people think about me.
I'd have been horrified if my kids had behaved like that. I always supervised mine when they were in soft play - although in the end it became more about making sure that they weren't getting any crap from other kids rather than ensuring that they were behaving. I always found that accidentally putting my foot out as the little sh!ts were running past and making it clear which kids were mine was a fairly useful tool.
Fortunately my kids were not in earshot of the fould woman but others were. I dont honestly think the staff would have done anything anyway. Its not the first time Ive heard parents swearing like that to their kids sadly.
I would have told the kids off who were hitting my daughter but it was such a big playframe (apparently one of the biggest ever) I had no chance of finding them or their parents. I wasnt really in a position to be hoisting myself up to 6 levels with a baby in my arms lol!
