i guess you really never know the answer that applies to you until you leave this mortal coil..... at that point you know how long you lasted for and what was your middle age!!

Other than that just live life like there is no tomorrow, and make sure you smile more than you frown..... its what you make it :)

I do not consider myself to be anywhere near middle aged....and I'm 37....while I can still have children I'm still of 'child bearing age'

I used to think middle age started at about 40, but when I got there I decided it was 45.

Now I'm past that I have reluctantly accepted I am middle aged.

It's good to see that most of you know how young you are, I think i'm about 547 yr.s young or summat like that. but I still consider myself young-ish Bob.

About 40 or 45 depending on the person concerned, but averagely somewhere around then. There is one guy I know who always strikes me as middle atged even though I know he's only 28, and my ex mother in law is 72 and I certainly don't think of her as old, merely middle aged which I know is ridiculous, so for me it very much depends on who I am thinking of.

Last year my Mum, had a week in Dubai, before going on to Oz for 2 months back packing,!!!!!! she was 85 in November. this year she's going to kenya for 4 weeks, then to SA for a month, AND she travels alone..................... middle age ............. bring it on

I was still young well into my thirties but that all changed July 2004 when mini kirk came along. I think I aged 5 years in the space of 1 !
