I'm stuffing a pork tenderloin with prunes, onion and parsley and will make a calvados cream sauce to go with it. Have yet to decide on what type of potatoes and veg to go with it. Might have sticky toffee pud to go with it afterwards.
Boxtops you are welcome to join us as there will be too much for the two of us, Tigger you could just pass on the sauce......and pud (I've got some fruit in the fridge though)
