What are you having today?

I'm stuffing a pork tenderloin with prunes, onion and parsley and will make a calvados cream sauce to go with it. Have yet to decide on what type of potatoes and veg to go with it. Might have sticky toffee pud to go with it afterwards.

Toasted ham sandwich.
Pork paprika with red pepper + mushrooms + rice
Scrambled egg with a couple of toasted potato breads.
Sausage rolls, Indian snacks, filled rolls, soft drinks, crisps and peanuts. It's PARTAY time for my mother-in-law.

Not sure yet, OH should be back for dinner tonight so I'll probably have something snacky for lunch, before watching the rugby at 2.
no idea, need to sort out a big breakfast first.

I'll think I'll wangle an invitation to eccles' house, it sounds delish.

Boxtops you are welcome to join us as there will be too much for the two of us, Tigger you could just pass on the sauce......and pud (I've got some fruit in the fridge though)
Roast beef, mash potatoes, roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli,creamed cabbage...and sweetcorn (for my Nephew) yorkshire puddings...and wine
I'm going to do a scallop starter and then chicken with something. Not sure what yet, but inspiration will hit on my third glass of wine.
