So what actually happens in these places?

We have one called Platinum Lace, which is right near the sea front ... not in a seedy area. Actually, it's just near Jack Wills.

There are these two big guys who stand outside.

Anyway, they claim to cater for "Stag and Hen" functions.

Soooo ... you know ...

... if I took a Hen Party there ... ???????

On the plus side, it's just round the corner from the Casino, and it's usually still open when I leave the Casino.

What could we expect ??

If it's anything like my local gentlemans club the girls will be uber skinny 18/19 years olds with nothing worth looking at

A mate of mine used to do a bit of stripping (and n I dont mean wallpapaer) for some extra cash when he was between work, before he fell in love, got married and put 3 stone on!
He says that groups of women are far far worse behaved than groups of men when they go to watch a stripper!
I have been to these places for peoples birthdays and such, fing them a bit seedy and a tad frustrating - like waving a bag of sweets under a childs nose and then saying he cant eat them, that kind of thing!
