Xbox to pc connection

All I want to do is simply set up a simple connection between a pc and an Xbox. I have a cross over cable and the Xbox has been chipped/modded. Just want to be able to transfer files between the two.

this will only be possible if your xbox dashboard has been modified to allow this.

I just need to know what settings to enter up. I am using windows XP on the pc.
