Gold looks chavvy i think, a bit cheap on guys, silver looks a bit more classy, not diamonds though, they are shockingly cheap on guys!

Also, it depends on what else you wear, if your in a full set of trackies with a diamond in your ear, you look a prat whereas if you are like me and actually give a cr@p about how you look, then it looks better.

I couldnt give a monkeys about men wearing earring, its almost certainly the younger ones who do and considering the girly hair, hoodies and trousers around their knees, I think the earring is the least of their worries :)

Doc, it's funny how we judge folk on their appearance.

I used to live next door to a lad who wore a ring through his nose, like a bull-ring. It looked horrible. Once you got chatting to this lad, he was a nice sort - not at all how you would imagine him to be.

That is the point, if one got to know the person then the initial impression is not that important, but if one only had the initial impression then the ring in the nose of your doctor, barrister, accountant or bank manager would go down too well.

No offence to you, you like your earring, think it enhances your appearance, and that's all that matters really. As long as you like it, bu88er what anyone else thinks (and I mean that sincerely).

Never wore an earring, however if someone wants to fine and age shouldn't be a barrier, women over 30 wear earrings.
