the idea is that the wife gives her husband and week off from marriage and he can go off an do whatever he wants...ie, see other women...

could you give that? would you take it if given?

if your husband/wife did take it, would you feel that even though you gave permission, the fact that they took you up on it, speaks volumes, and signals the end of your marriage?
or do you think it would help your marriage?

I wouldn't want it and certainly wouldn't give it. If I did give it, I would spend the rest of my life stewing over the whole thing - I think it's a 'take' on Indecent Proposal.
I don't know anyone that would do it or take it, as it were !
