The joint mortgage I have with my husband was in my previous married name, as we have just got married do I have to change the name on the mortgage etc or just on my driving llicence and passport?

Recently seperated, applied for decree nini, can his bankruptcy affect our house??

You MUST notify the mortgage company and the land registry that you are now married as this can impact on how the property is held (legally I mean). They will most likely request a copy of your marriage certificate and will change your name on their records.
