At the risk of getting very complicated I would like to share the following:
Visualisation. Lie on your bed and visualise your whole driving test. See yourself going through all the right actions and doing so without stressing and then also receiving your licence. When you visualise, it creates new neurotransmitters in your brain. These determine your actions.
If you (through visualisation) see yourself (creating new neurotransmitters) achieving what you want then it will become second nature (habit).
Therefore: If you visualise something happening enough times then your brain can not distinguish between really doing it and only visualising it and will then form the habit as if it has done it loads of times before. Therefore: If you have convinced your brain that you have passed this test more than once before you will be more confident and less stressed as your body thinks it is just repeating a habitual action. Trust me: This is TRUE! Good Luck x
Kalms - start taking them about a week or so before your test - I only take 2 a day but they seem to help me loads. It may well be all in my head but whatever works right?!
Also try some relaxing breathing techniques and most importantly of all believe in yourself! You seem like you're getting loads of practice so I, and I'm sure all other responders, have every faith in you!
Let us know how you get on!
