What joint would you expect to be served from a "Welsh Black"? Him Indoors says roast beef - well obviously, but that's not a joint - is there a joint that's especially associated with the Welsh Black?

As they don't state that a Welsh Black is a cow, I suspect any beef-joint would be acceptable as an answer.

Although the local butchers here have no idea what 'silverside ' is.

I have just done quick internet search and it seems that there may be Black Welsh cattle and sheep.

... but you'd not usually see lamb advertised as such in the Butcher's shops here.

WB Beef is akin to Aberdeen Angus in its meat-status, so it's name-checked in the shops.
