I had an Email yesterday from the tax office?? our dept has stated WE owe you £250. + can you please open the link?? Needless to say I did not, it was a scam, to the vulnerable, the tax office does not contact you in this way.

apparently there is a similar scam where they phone and tell you its the tax office and you are due a rebate just give me your bank details lol ! warning in our local rag this week.
