26 y/o tweed wearing punk rocker!

One of my teachers is 26, and wears tweed, including when he rides his bike to and from school. Yesterday he told us how he was in a punk rock band at uni and still plays the guitar. Plus he's the one that likes japanese instrumental music and 90s brit pop!

he told us about his paranoia at becoming 27 because 26 is mid 20s but 27 is definately late 20s then its nearly 30!

I wear jeans all the time my fav rock band is Queen I love my computer which I'm on every day I have a modern touch screen mobile 'phone I had a gold earing put in 2 years ago & I can cry at sad movies. Wot u fink girl ?

mind you teenagers generally seem to think everything that is even remotely not how they expect is 'just mad' and 'crazy' and just 'like wow'...etc

its just their age i guess, lots of things that are just normal to us is still quite new to them

Are you really ron? When you can't see the people you're chatting to on AB it's sometime hard to imagine what they're like. My grandad's 85 in a couple of months and; doesn't own any jeans, likes music such as the beatles, has neevr used a computer (as far as I know), doesn't own a mobile, doesn't wear jewelry apart from a wedding ring and is as tough as leather. TBH I'm amazed that an 85 y/o is how you describe yourself as . . .

Molly, what would you consider to be normal? I'm sure on the outside most people look - what you'd consider to be normal - but if you knew the truth then I'm sure you'd find that there are an awful lot of people who are actually quite eccentric.

I'm sure if we all listed our interests, ages, jobs and preferred attire, you'd find that most of the people on AB are just as odd as your teacher.
