You often hear the phrase "Up the Duff" for someone who is pregnant, it seems to be a slang expression, - Anyone know where it came from?
I know 'Duff' means pudding from the olden times as in 'Plum Duff' is it from there?

Cassell's slang dict. gives this as Australian from 1940s. Source as duff = pudding giving 'a bun in the oven', 'in the pudding club' etc.
