Has there ever been a spot-on parody of Top Gear? Seems, to me, an obvious choice as a target for satirists.

That was weird. A spoof of Clarkson - voices not even very good - AND a spoof of a Python sketch. Harry Enfield hasn't been funny for 15 years. A quick search of youtube has shown offerings from Goodness Gracious Me and Dead Ringers.
