small, red bumps/spots...

Yesterday I noticed several small red spots (not pimples, just raised red spots) on my stomach and my back... they're not itchy or angry, could they be from stress .? Or any ideas what they could be a sign of?

No idea.....only 24hours of development.........could be anything, but nothing sinister comes to mind.......monitor the situation for 48hours.

They could be stress related.

If they are at points where clothing is tight and you are feeling under the weather it could be shingles. Try posting in 'body and soul'

Bites are usually itchy.

Nope I don't think it's bites or tight clothing but I have been very stressed so that's why I wondered if it might be something to do with that..
