I'm thinking of joining online as it fits around my schedule. Was wondering if anyone had any experience with it online and if you found it useful or not?

Thanks in advance

hi, i did it online for a while.... although it didnt suit me as i needed the meetings to actually weigh myself loads of people did really well on it.

also the community chatrooms on the weightwatchers website are great for support... i used to spend loads of time on there but unfortunatly changing jobs means i cant go on the boards anymore.

good luck x

I have never done it on line but I would have thought you were more likely to stick to it if you went to the meetings. A lot of it is about friendly competition when you are weighed and you want to have lost weight like everyone else. I don't think you would get that motivation at home unless you were really strong willed. Good Luck

I refuse to pay for the public humilation of a weekly weight in lead by overweight harpies that don't follow their own advice!

I did try this and it became tiring.  Have now find that a healthy love life and not mixing my carbs and proteins works a treat!!

Don't pay to lose weight - if you really want to do it count calories!  Have found its the only way.

Good luck!

Thanks a lot for your answers. I have decided I will try it out for a month and see how it goes. Their point system sounds good and easy to get on with and I'm keen to see their recipes.
