As you probably know i am also disabled and last year when i was pregnant we went out several times looking. This is because although we found ones that were light/easily dismantleble they often had annoying clips i couldn't do, or brakes i couldn't put on. Where do you live? They have a disabled parents service (NHS) near me that did an assessment (OT) and were getting me loads of aids i would never have thought of
I have the Graco mosaic but it doesnt have a pram. Just an attachable car seat and the buggy lays flat so it's suitable from birth. The pushchair itself is fairly lightweight and I have had no problems with it. I was going to get the Sliver Cross 3D travel system which had the pram part as well but unless you are walking outside alot I thought it would be a waste of money as you would end up lifting baby from car seat to pram rather than just lifting the car seat from the car. Its very easy to fold too.
Others may disagree but I've never seen the point of those travel systems. The lightest way to move a baby around is in a folding pushchair, there are some that lie flat and are suitable from birth, failing that they are normally suitable from 3 months upwards and that three months passes sooo quickly, I borrowed a pram until my daughter was old enough for a pushchair. They also grow out of baby car seats really quickly making your £300+ 'travel system' obsolete within about 7 or 8 months. The only benefit I can see of the system is being able to put car seat into buggy but really, transferring a sleeping baby is not THAT hard.
I felt like that pipin before I actually had children then started working as a childminder. Trust me I have to get my baby in and out of the car at least 8 times a day and it is so so much easier to lift the seat from the car and click it onto the pushchair without unfastening any straps, especially when you have 2x 2yr olds as well! Mine only cost £160 too which I think is very reasonable and as the car seat is quite big he was in it until 13months old. A baby of 7/8 months old needs to be in one of these rear facing seats anyway not a forward facing one.
no matter how many times id have to get a child in and out of the car and into a buggy/pushchair/pram and back into car seat etc i would have a problem due to my disability so the travel system is the way forward for me and many others/
