It would be better to record the information that people in the future might want to know.

You'll still be a statistic dotty, you can't get out of that. They don't care who you are you're not a person you're a number.
So you can fill your form in & put dotty, spotty, or potty They won't care. No one looks at the form its fed into a giant computer & it will spit out anything that doesn't match what it wants.
