Whoop de doo ! Tony, nothing I say is going to make the slightest difference to what the government has already decided.
It would be better to record the information that people in the future might want to know.
Full name, place of birth. Ages of children. Children who died. Length of marriage.
Languages spoken. Why resident at current address.

You'll still be a statistic dotty, you can't get out of that. They don't care who you are you're not a person you're a number.
So you can fill your form in & put dotty, spotty, or potty They won't care. No one looks at the form its fed into a giant computer & it will spit out anything that doesn't match what it wants.
