Motorola V3 Video recording?

Ive noticed there are new updates that can be downloaded to make motorola v3s have video capture. I have also noticed that any instuctions on how to install these updates are written so only people who are EXCELLENT at computers would understand.

Could anyone dumb the instructions down for me?

how bout this dumb:-

V3 will NEVER EVER HAVE VIDEO CAPTURE as it does not posess the hardware for it. whatever s/w you have found is bulls""t

Motorola are bringing out a V3i near xmas with 2mp camera, VGA video capture and transflash memory expansion but until then the V3 you have aint gonna make videos, just watch them!

My friend has this feature on his phone and they are selling v3 phones with it online now. I think it would have been taken off and complained about if they didn't work.
