it's always got to be really heavy, loud and fast for me. I actually find that really hard, aggressive music calms me down!

Almost anything by Slipknot or Sepultura, also 'I Hope You Die' by The Bloodhound Gang, '99 Problems' by Jay-Z and 'If You Still hate Me' by Ill Nino.  In fact a lot of metal music is pretty good for this sort of thing!
