Wasps Nest
I have a wasps nest in the cavity wall in my kitchen. I had a man in to spray some white powder about a month ago but there are still wasps coming in and out so I presume the queen is still there and alive or they would have abandoned the nest would't they? I know the winter will kill this years wasps but if the queen is in there, will she hibernate over the winter and then lay her eggs for next year and if so when does she do this? Will she stay in this nest all the time until she dies or does she die when she's laid her eggs or can she go on for many years. Do wasps ever move nest or is it possible they will just stay there and multiply. I'm having my kitchen re-fitted next year and dont want any hold ups but if there is an active nest then I suppose there will be.

I wasn't too pleased they choose my place has costed a good sum if they got into your loft say could cause a lot of damage I have seen the size of wasp nests on my friends farm and they are hugh a like a judges wig. so I would call whoever you had to deal with it back straight away
Good Luck.
