For the past 18 months I have fought for child access for my two children albeit 6 times in county court.

Basically my son (aged 10) is adamant that he wants to live with me and has said same to childrens services.

Having said this there is strong opposition from his mother.

Is there anyway that my sons wishes can be finally realised to ensure that this happens?..

through the courts.
echo the answer above, as much as your son wants to live with a certain parent, its the court who will decide which is the best
They will take some account of his wishes though - if they believe they are his and are in his best interests
have you tried contacting fathers for justice?
