I've just mashed my spuds and poached my fish ready to make some home made fishcakes. With tempura vegetables and oven baked chips...and maybe a bit of salad to make it look pretty :-)

have just roasted up a load of beetroot with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and another tray of peppers, onions and sweet potato. couldn't decide what to have with it and then thought well, there's enough veg to feed an army so we're just going to have it with some fancy tomato and olive focaccia, no meat...and the obligatory bottle of wine of course. maybe followed by bananas and custard or yoghurt depending on how stuffed we feel.
just fancy a chinese take away though.

Helped my friend at a charity auction today, been at it since 8am!! Just got in and waiting for hubby to get back with a chinese takeaway!! Glass of wine is already on the go! :o)
