I accidentally got some super glue on my reading glasses lens while gluing an item.

Any ideas how to get it off without damaging the film (i think) that covers the lens?

I would take them to an optician to ask if anything can be done. Trying to claen them yourself is bound to result in damage.
I'd take it to the opticians, they will know best what your lenses consist of - I wouldn't try picking it off...
